1. Our Privacy Promise

Plus4Group Ltd is totally committed to the optimum protection of individuals and corporate privacy as required by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We promise that we will not collect and use any personal or financial information, nor store or share that information with any third party without your prior permission.

Privacy on Plus4Group operated websites is of great importance to us. We gather information from our visitors and customers and this policy explains how and why it is done. We reserve the right to update this Policy from time to time and the latest version will be posted at https://plus4group.com/privacy-policy.

You can opt to browse the sites without declaring any personal data.

2. Collected Information

We will always give details about what information we collect and how it will be used before you submit any information to us, unless it is obvious.

We collect information on the devices you use to access the sites in order to monitor and improve the site and our Services. Devices can mean:

• Your computer
• Your mobile
• Your tablet
• Your voice enabled device

We automatically collect some information from your web browser and device which includes:

• Device Information
• IP address
• Device ID
• App ID
• Vendor ID

If you mention us in a social media post, we will collect your social media name.

3. How we use your information

Plus4Group will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any Visitor Data except as provided by this Privacy Policy or as may be required by law.

We may use your information in the following ways:

• to set up the Service for individuals and their organisations
• to confirm payment, where customer email addresses will be shared with the payment providers to action the payment
• to contact website visitors and customers, who have opted to receive information, to receive newsletters and up-to-date information about the company
• to improve the function of this website
• for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of any Master Subscription Agreement that your company has with us
• when approached by the appropriate legal authorities, individual records may be disclosed but only if specifically required under law.

Customers of the Service will be using the Sites to host data and information ("Customer Data"). Plus4Group will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Occasions when Website Visitor Data or Customer Data may be viewed:

• for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement
• when approached by the appropriate legal authorities, individual records may be disclosed but only if specifically required under law.

4. Sharing information

Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Master Subscription Agreement, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided.

All financial and billing information that we collect through the Sites is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by Plus4Group for marketing or promotional purposes. Plus4Group may use a third-party intermediary to manage service critical processing, for example, the credit card processing, who is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the websites but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Plus4Group share user information with these parties.

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Sites, we ask them to:

• first gain permission from the friend and inform them
• then submit the friend's name and email address to Plus4Group.

Plus4Group will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Sites. Plus4Group does not store this information.

If a Customer has signed a Master Subscription Agreement, it must explicitly inform their Data Subjects that Plus4Group may use and share specific data on occasions outlined in, ‘How we use your information’ above.

5. Cookies

We use Cookies to give you a personalised online experience. It helps to create an effective website that reflects your choices. Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally; they merely recognise your browser.

6. Third-Party Sites

The Sites contain links to other websites. Plus4Group is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. When visiting linked websites, website visitors and Customers will need to check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

7. Security

Our Sites have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Customer Data under our control. However, the internet is not 100% secure and despite taking all possible measures, Plus4Group cannot guarantee security.

When our Sites are accessed using URLs with the https:// prefix as confirmed by the padlock in the top left hand corner of many web browsers, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that sensitive Customer Data is safe, secure, and available only to you.

Plus4Group also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Sites in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

Finally, Plus4Group provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own user registration and password.

8. Correcting and Updating Your Information

Customers can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Sites and editing their Personal Information within MyAccount. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.

• To update your Organisation's data
• To update billing information
• To discontinue the Service and to have data returned
